There are 4 Heating zones: left & right chest, neck, and middle back. On high, the jacket lasts 3 hours, on medium 6 hours, and on low 10 hours. Measure at the fullest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure firm and level.
Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Start at the center back of your neck and measure across the shoulder and down to the wrist. Round up to the next even number.
